We offer emergency assistance services 24/7/365 with highly-trained personnel including medically-qualified staff (doctors & nurses) and medical case management as well as logistics specialists. WTP provides the full spectrum of Third Party Administration (TPA) services including claims management for the travel insurance industry. Over the years, WTP has earned the reputation of a quality service provider. The name WTP has become synonymous with quality and dependability.

WTP is undergoing a transformation to prepare its Claims function in North America to handle large increases in volume while ensuring a high level of customer service. We are looking for a high-performing, organized Scrum Master to support and guide the team to drive the required business outcomes of a global project. Our Team is building a portal to create an exceptional customer experience to differentiate ourselves in the market.

JOB SUMMARY

The Change Manager will be a trusted advisor to leadership, leading and influencing Change Management practices that are typically cross-functional and complex in nature. The Change Manager possesses strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and is confident and passionate about planning, facilitating, coordinating, and delivering change efforts to various organizational stakeholders. This person will be expected to independently support projects tied to corporate or operational objectives, applying a change management lens in an environment with some ambiguity.

The Change Manager will also facilitate the completion of change management assessments, tools, and plans to support organizational transformation and act as a key contributor in embedding and sustaining an enterprise change framework.

A bit about the job:

  • Provide change management leadership, guidance, advice and decision-making support to key stakeholders and project leads, and business leads related to change management planning and activities that support people, process, and technology initiatives.
  • Consult with stakeholders to assess business readiness needs, and aid in designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating change initiative execution.
  • Communicate difficult concepts, converting information into compelling business context in both oral and written form.
  • Function as a key contributor and partner with the Project Management team, Project Delivery team, and Human Resources team to develop and implement Change Management methodologies, including but not limited to stakeholder action plans, change impact assessments, communications, and training needs assessments.
  • Apply best-practice Change Management models to develop comprehensive plans incorporating activities to optimize transformational change initiatives.
  • Lead the facilitation of change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement planning to identify risks and work in partnership the business, to analyze risk mitigation tactics and implement specific tactics to help address employee resistance to change.
  • Develop targeted and actionable change management
  • Participate in supporting communication and training efforts for corporate or culture-based change initiatives.
  • Evaluate and report on program change readiness and performance, measuring the success of change components against anticipated results and adoption metrics.
  • Actively monitor and measure change sustainment and diagnose potential problem areas related to adopting the desired changes.
  • Manage and facilitate activities as required to effectively implement and sustain change.

A bit about you:

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Insurance or Operations area

OR

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Insurance or Operations area

AND

  • Knowledge in organizational design and development
  • Experience leading organizational change

Preferred:

  • Relevant insurance industry designations and certifications and with experience in Claims
  • Knowledge of existing and emerging technologies and how those technologies can be used to improve insurance business processes and transaction processing
  • Certified Change Management Professional or Project Management Professional Certification or similar accreditation
  • In-depth knowledge of the tools, concepts, methodologies and techniques of business process reengineering, change management, performance metrics and measures, customer assessment, cost/benefit analysis, benchmarking, process mapping/simulation, data collection, problem identification and interpretation
  • Broad-based knowledge of insurance industry including knowledge of insurance business processes and processing
  • Advance Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships
  • Strong Analysis and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
