Your Role
As the CMMS Administrator, the successful candidate will provide business support and analysis for the computerized maintenance management system. Working under the direction of the Finance Solutions Manager, the CMMS Administrator will maintain equipment assets, user access, and spare parts inventory within the software, coordinate the CMMS system interface, procedures, and data transfer, and ensure all CMMS procedures are developed and followed.
Day to Day
- Set up and maintain the CMMS software
- Act as point of contact for day-to-day operations of CMMS and provide support to users
- Liaison with staff and software vendors for problem solving on both core system and its interfaces
- Maintain master data and all processes and requests for additions and modifications
- Develop user training material and train users
- Monitor and review data transfer from and to the CMMS and other core business systems for data integrity
- Analyze system effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Participate in CMMS software upgrades/updates/expansions
- Match invoices to purchase orders and submit to AP for payment
- Other duties as required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in equipment maintenance processes using a CMMS
- Demonstrated knowledge of standard maintenance terminology and practices
- Experience in CMMS administration including complex queries, user permissions, data transfers and report development and design
- Previous experience developing and delivering user training
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft 365 Application Suite (Word, Excel)
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Maintenance Planner
- Experience in asset management and spare part optimization
