ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Creative Production Coordinator for the Creative Team you will be responsible for supporting our mission to tell the stories that make it clear that we are the global powerhouse in ancillary revenue by ensuring we deliver quality creative to our partners and internal clients on time. In this role, you will have accountability for project coordination, timeline management, quality assurance, and collaboration with senior management and design leads to implement automation and AI tools. You are an exceptionally organized person, you take pleasure in wrangling a group of people to get and keep a project on track. Your communication skills are top-notch.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Creative & Production, you will:
- Efficiently manage project timelines, ensuring that all phases of each project are executed on schedule.
- Maintain a comprehensive overview of project progress and communicate regularly with the team to address any potential delays or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Work with project stakeholders to allocate resources effectively, including team members, freelancers, and external agencies.
- Optimize resource utilization to ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Implement and oversee QA processes to maintain the quality of project deliverables.
- Identify and address any quality issues, and work to continuously improve the overall quality of projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager and Design Lead to set up and manage automation and AI tools for various projects.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and innovative tools to enhance project efficiency and creativity.
- Work in tandem with the Partner Advancement team to ensure that creative tests are thoroughly planned and prepared for from a resourcing perspective.
- Assist in the preparation of test materials and other creative testing needs.
- Monitor project scope to ensure that all project requirements are met within defined constraints.
- Communicate any scope changes or potential scope creep to relevant stakeholders for evaluation.
- Collaborate with external partners, including freelancers and agencies, by providing clear briefs and guidelines for project requirements.
- Foster productive and ongoing relationships with external collaborators.
YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
- About 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, project management or equivalent.
- Experience managing multiple projects at the same time.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable communicating with people across all levels of our business.
- Demonstrated initiative and quick thinking to provide timely solutions.
- Experience in loyalty, travel, or tech is a bonus!
