What you’ll create and do

PwC’s Corporate Finance team specializes in mid-market transactions. As an advisor or senior advisor, you will play a critical role from inception to closing on a variety of transactions across many industries:

• Specifically, your duties will include in-depth company and industry research

• Financial analysis and modeling, as well as the preparation of service offers and marketing materials

• Our consultants have the opportunity to work with senior executives, both internally and with our clients.

• Willingness to participate in business development initiatives and opportunities

• Be a team player, while showing initiative

What you’ll bring to this role

• An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives

• Bilingual communication in French and English (written and spoken)

• CPA designation is an asset

• Experience in financial modeling and valuation would be an asset

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to multi-task and participate in several projects at the same time

• Ambition and ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly

• Creative and effective problem solving skills and critical thinking skills

• Working in this team often requires collaboration with colleagues from different areas of the Consulting and Transactions group or other service groups. Candidates for this position may also be required to work overtime on a regular basis
