What you’ll create and do
PwC’s Corporate Finance team specializes in mid-market transactions. As an advisor or senior advisor, you will play a critical role from inception to closing on a variety of transactions across many industries:

• Specifically, your duties will include in-depth company and industry research
• Financial analysis and modeling, as well as the preparation of service offers and marketing materials
• Our consultants have the opportunity to work with senior executives, both internally and with our clients
• Willingness to participate in business development initiatives and opportunities
• Be a team player, while showing initiative

What you’ll bring to this role

• An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
• CPA designation is an asset
• Experience in financial modeling and valuation would be an asset
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and participate in several projects at the same time
• Ambition and ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
• Creative and effective problem solving skills and critical thinking skills
• Working in this team often requires collaboration with colleagues from different areas of the Deals group or other service groups
• Candidates for this position may also be required to work overtime on a regular basis
