Candidates must be U.S. Citizens, and able to obtain and/or maintain a Secret security clearance as a condition of employment.

Location: Cherry Point, NC

Contract Length: 1 year with possible extension
Certification: CompTIA A+, Network+, OR Security+ required

Job Description:

  • 2+ year of IT experience
  • Work independently with minimal direction and be able to help conceptualize, design, construct, test and implement portions of their information technology solutions
  • Collect, identify, define, and organize detailed user and information technology requirements
  • Candidate will help with project planning
  • Hands-on software and hardware repair
  • Must feel comfortable troubleshooting laptops, desktop devices, peripheral equipment, and basic Outlook issues
  • Windows Server and Windows 7/8/10 experience highly desired

VTC experience with Polycom, Cisco or Tandberg

Job tasks require this technician to provide assistance to users in conducting video teleconference sessions, which may include conference preparation, and monitor VTC equipment and system performance, reporting equipment and network problems to appropriate parties for maintenance or repair.

VOIP phone setup preferred as well.
