Manufacturing /packaging industry
Our established and successful client in the packaging industry is exponentially growing and needs to hire a strong forward thinking Director of Finance who can manage a small team and lead the company through a period of fast growth.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be a strategic thinker and a hands on leader in a cash rich environment, managing a small (3) team. You’ll recognize a business poised to take flight, adding strategic value to the leadership team, as well as managing day to day financial operations.
- Full P&L management and reporting
- Cash Management
- FX management
- Business snapshot and valuations
- Audit knowledge and working with external auditors
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Revenue and sales reporting
- Cost accounting
Requirements:
- CPA or equivalent education and experience
- Experience in food manufacturing or packaging sector preferred
- Excel and ERP cloud based expertise is required
- Strategic thinking, staff management, hands on leadership
- M&A experience is a definite asset
