Job title: Director of Finance – 6 Month Contract
Job description:
- Priority will be to manage the Accounting & Finance function ensuring all reporting and analyses are accurate and efficiently produced
- Monthly and annual financial statements
- Monthly variance analysis and management reporting
- Weekly Borrowing Base and bank reporting
- Improve and accelerate all financial reporting
- Oversight of AR and AP, including customer claims management and disputes
- Management of daily cash flow
- Build out Customer profitability analysis
- Ensure all required reporting for Canada, US and International completed
- Manage NetSuite and other financial systems
- Work closely with Controller and Accounting team
- Developing and producing relevant and accurate financial forecasts and projections, in addition to, providing business analytics support
- Manage forecasting at a detailed level
- Prepare annual monthly financial forecasts
- Update forecasts monthly for actual results
- Support CFO and wider team to improve data accessibility
- Build out additional reporting as required
About You
- Master’s degree in business or accounting/finance and CPA designation required
- 5+ years’ experience in a financial leadership role with demonstrated strength in effectively managing a team for success
- 10+ years progressive experience in full-cycle accounting and financial forecasting; some or all within the consumer goods industry
- Experience with tools such as NetSuite (ERP System), PBCS (NetSuite Forecast module), Power BI (Business Analytics)
Pay Rate
$70/hour
