Reporting to the Director of the Customer Support Department, the Support Advisor will primarily handle calls regarding the financial modules of the ERP.

To have a high chance of getting this great career opportunity, ideally you will need to:

• Have a background in accounting / finance.
• Have worked in a manufacturing and/or distribution company.
• Have experience in ERP software, either as a consultant or as a user.
• Have participated in one or more ERP/Financial Modules implementations.
• Have a good ability to analyze cases reported by clients working in the manufacturing field of multi-company / division / currency environments & accounting structures, consolidations, financial analysis.
• Have pedagogical skills to accompany users & controllers and explain the proposed solutions.
• Have knowledge of business processes related to the manufacturing field, work in progress, cost price…
• Enjoy teamwork and knowledge sharing with other advisors.
• Possess good knowledge of tools like EXCEL, SQL queries desirable.
• Have a good bilingualism, spoken & written.
