Your contribution

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Technician with bold ideas that deliver value to our partners and advance our industry. By joining MHIRJ, you will work with a flexible, dynamic and united team.

In your role, you will:

· Process invoices in the accounting system, making sure to collect supporting document such as Purchase Order, receipt or delivery note and approved invoices. (3-Way Match)

· Validate, balance and enter invoices

· Communicate internally to resolve any Purchase Order and invoice imbalance problem.

· Reconcile supplier statement on a monthly basis.

· Perform reports and produce various analyzes.

· Support the financial analyst in the preparation of the end of month accruals.

Key qualifications:

As our ideal candidate,

· You have a certificate or college degree in accounting or equivalent

· You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in payable or similar position

· Very good knowledge on Excel, Word and PowerPoint

· You are recognized for your rigor, proactivity, sense of analysis and teamwork.

· You are bilingual (French and English) both orally and writing
