Working in the e-commerce sector, we are looking for a Finance and Accounting Analyst to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

Monitor and review customer contract billing;
Participate in month-end process;
Prepare GL entries;
Produce accounting analysis, accruals, revenue and expense analysis;
Work closely with the e-commerce division accounting team to assist during busier periods;
Work in collaboration with the e-commerce team for various requests or analyses related to revenues or customers or costs;
Work in collaboration with the corporate finance team for the production of monthly financial statements; financial forecasts; annual budgets; ad hoc requests;
Participate in the quarterly year-end audit process and internal control reviews.

Ability to adapt in a changing environment;
Excellent Excel skills and ability to adapt to accounting systems;
Ability to function effectively in a multinational organization;
Very good oral and written communication skills in French and English;
Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central software (asset);
Experience in the technology field (asset).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in administration/accounting or equivalent;
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position;
CPA designation (asset).
