Job description: YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Support users in the use of IT solutions in finance.
  • Write and maintain user guides and train users.
  • Coordinate various requests for security access and data creation.
  • Manage and prioritize problem resolution and support requests.
  • Analyze and write functional requirements for information systems.
  • Work with the IT&S team and external partners on problem resolution and system improvements.
  • Write test plans.
  • Participate in functional and integrated testing.
  • Collaborate with other project team members to facilitate issue resolution, activity completion and priority management.
  • Test and implement new releases and upgrades.
  • Respond to various requests or projects to meet business needs.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A technical college diploma in IT.
  • 3 or more years of experience in a finance application support position.
  • Analytical and conceptual expertise in accounting/finance would be an asset.
  • Basic expertise in business analysis would be an asset.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written; French would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel).
  • Knowledge of SAP, Blackline, OneSource and/or Salesforce would be an asset.
  • A strong interest in learning and maintaining effective business processes.
  • Ability to manage (internal) customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

This position will be based in Montreal, Brossard, Sherbrooke or Valcourt.
