Your responsibilities

  • Reconciliation of differences and follow-up of accounts payable;
  • Reconciliation of accounts (suppliers and others);
  • Support to costing analysts;
  • Collaborate, share and communicate with team members;
  • Collaborate, share and communicate with team members;
  • Know and respect health and safety rules in the work-place;
  • Participate in the continuous improvement program;
  • Perform various tasks related to the position.

Your background

  • College diploma (D.E.C.) in administration or university studies in progress;
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position (accounts payable, general and/or financial accounting);
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel;
  • Strong attention to detail and attention to detail with numbers;
  • French and English, spoken and written (bilingualism essential).
