Your Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team! Are you eager to grow your career? Passionate about helping people? Willing to role up your sleeves to reach world-class performance goals? LET’S TALK!
As Finance Manager on our team; you will consult with clients on protection programs to customize and tailor personalized coverages. As well as provide optimal purchasing solutions to our clients through a network of prime lenders and financial institutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth delivery of client’s vehicle
- Prepare and document any/all documentation for final delivery.
- Present and customize protection products such as warranties, creditor insurance, vehicle write—off protection and environmental protection packages.
- Adhere to a standard of professional ethics and be respectful to customers.
- Be knowledgeable of provincial regulations regarding finance and the fair credit reporting act.
- Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines.
- Perform credit interview.
- Verify accuracy of all material information on the credit application
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Grow store relationship with key lenders.
- Up-to-Date knowledge on lender programs and guidelines.
What you bring to the role:
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in the Automotive business (minimum 2 years as an FSM).
- GRIT and passion to grow
- Excellent understanding of sales, finance and management.
- Positive working relationship with financial institutions.
- Decision-Making Skills based on the relative costs, benefits of potential actions and choose the appropriate path.
- Efficient knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, e-mail software and use of the Internet.
- Ability to read, understand and calculate banking figures such as; discounts, interest rates, percentages and commission etc.
- OMVIC certified
