Horizon Recruitment Inc. is currently seeking a Finance Manager – Long Term Planning for a large Lower Mainland client who is embarking on a growth phase and looking for a finance lead who can work with senior leadership to put details around their medium and long term plans. Working with operational Executives, you will come up with detailed budgets and forecasts that consider anything the business will need. This will help to secure the necessary funding for the company’s bold and ambitious plans.

Requirements:

• A recognized accounting designation is required (CPA, CA, CGA, CMA)
• A MBA along with significant finance experience may be considered in lieu of accounting designation
• 5+ years at a managerial level is preferred
• 6+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis in complex environment
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills using Excel and other tools
• Strong interpersonal and exceptional communication skills
• Ability to develop and manage a dynamic business process in a fast paced environment
