Your role
Oversee the development of financial reports that respond to the evolution of the business, providing key information and recommendations
Lead the company’s monthly financial results review process with the finance leadership team
Conduct regular financial forecasting and annual business planning to highlight specific areas of opportunity and risk
Manage long-term financial planning
Responsible for cash management, funding, and currency hedging processes
Use analytical functions to analyze business performance
The qualifications we are looking for
Post-secondary education in accounting or finance
Post graduate degree (MBA) or professional designation (CPA/CFA) is considered an asset
5+ years of progressive experience in finance functions
Experience in financial budgeting, forecasting, and planning
Ability to develop and lead a high performing team to success
Problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills; superior cross-functional/collaboration skills
Strong motivation and ability to deliver on time
Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English)
