Position Summary:
As part of this highly collaborative team, you will be a key contributor who will help influence, inform, and manage our monthly and annual financial needs. You will partner with the Senior Manager, Marketing Planning on the financial portfolio for all Advertising Media business. You are a detail oriented, analytical, results driven individual who can easily collaborate within a team while keeping our financial operations on point.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide financial support for the Marketing and eCommerce teams – collaborating closely with the Finance team on weekly & monthly financial deliverables to internal stakeholders
• Accountable for PO creation across marketing and ecommerce for advertising and media.
• Process invoices including facilitating receipt from our partners, actualizing/closing PO’s, and payment follow-ups Facilitate resolutions for missing invoice receipts including discrepancies, invoice #’s, etc
• Proactively work with the business to prepare financial analysis and accurate forecasts for use in business decisions. Present financial results to senior leaders on an ongoing basis
• Partner closely with team members to collect and coordinate monthly deliverables to FP&A
• Prepare and distribute monthly reclass entries with supporting documents for partners for GST, HST & QST recoverable for tax team in Atlanta
• Establish efficient reporting methods to aid management in proactive problem solving.
• Assist vendors and internal stakeholders with system issues in Ariba and SAP
• Participate in budget exercises, preparation and analysis while also supporting special projects and ad-hoc assignments
• Provide thought leadership and recommendations for process improvements. Share best practices among team.

Experience/Skills Required:

• Internal candidates must fulfill minimum time-in-position (1 year) and performance management code requirements (M+)
• Must have a finance diploma or degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment, to adapt quickly and to manage changing priorities and deadlines
• Self-motivated and pro-active, with respect to both managing workload and professional development
• Flexible attitude and approach to business solutions
• An ability to build strong relationships across the organization and problem solve constructively with realistic solutions
• Proficient in the following finance systems; SAP PS7& Ariba is an asset
