Job title: Finances and Administrative Coordinator
Job description: Job summary:
Under the authority of the Director of Finances, the incumbent is responsible of supporting the whole team in administrative, management and accounting tasks. More specifically, the candidate will represent the company in a professional manner while prioritising excellent customer service.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage customers and visitors’ reception.
- Answer and forward phone calls for the whole Bveggie companies.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and proceed material requisitions if required.
- Manage parcel forwarder, mail, and delivery note.
- Manage accounts payable mailbox.
- Match invoices with work orders and close orders in the system.
- Complete quantity, description and price for the invoices verification and make appropriate tracking.
- Coordinate invoices approval and join supporting documentation.
- Verify and reconcile suppliers account statements and requires missing invoices.
- Maintain excellent work relations with all employees, contractual, visitors, contributors, or customers of the company.
- Perform all other related tasks
Job requirement
- DEC / DEP in Administration, Finances or Compatibility
- Excellent skills in English, written and spoken
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge in computer software and Microsoft Office suite
- Capacity to work under pressure and attention to details
- Excellent ability and communication skills
