Job title: Financial Analyst (Sales Finance)

Job description: The candidate’s responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:* Classify, report, research and analyze claims.

• Work with contacts in various internal/external departments.
• For all deduction types, pursue recoverable dollars (chargebacks) and clear valid deductions in a timely manner.
• Work with customer-specific portals/forms to process disputed deductions.
• Follow-up on claims to ensure recovery.
• Communicate effectively to understand actionable items and meet all deadline commitments.
• Maintain logs/notes for follow-up resolution of outstanding issues.
• Take ownership of the deduction tracker and work towards process improvements.
• Manage electronic storage of backup documentation required for support of the deduction.
• Maintain internal/external deduction reason code cross-reference tables.
• Maintain/refresh reports and customer-specific scorecards.
• Lead internal deductions meetings.
