One of our major banking clients is looking for an Intermediate Talent Acquisition Analyst (Banking, Finance)
Length: 1 year contract with a strong possibility of an extension
Location: Toronto, ON – WFH to start
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Specialist I-IC Talent Acquisition Operations – Change Request & Enhancement Program Support
Supports the development, implementation and ongoing delivery of talent acquisition programs/solutions including all work related to sourcing & recruiting of employees to meet specific business group objectives. Provides subject matter expertise and advice related to talent acquisition programs & solutions. Works across Bank to deliver specific operational program activities & results.
- Supports day to day operational processes, program management activities & administrative tasks for talent acquisition to achieve business results and deliver the intended employee experience.
- Develops operational solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Provides advice and guidance to stakeholders on implementation of talent acquisition solutions.
- Collaborates with internal & external stakeholders to support planning, implementation and sustainment of talent acquisition programs and solutions.
- Communicates and reinforces talent acquisition principles, programs, process, and standards.
- Participates in the design, development, implementation, and management of core processes.
- Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
- Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.
- Conducts industry analysis & trends to support effective support of talent acquisition programs and solutions.
- Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
- Focus may be on a business/group.
- Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions.
- Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
- Works mostly independently.
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Typically, 1-2 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills – In-depth.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Support for Talent Acquisition’s Change Request and Enhancement Program. Some responsibilities will include the following:
- Manage the in-take process and standing meetings of new change requests from stakeholders, aligning with Talent Acquisition Program Managers to validate and prioritize requests
- Support the monitoring and reporting for the program, and work with the Program Manager to finalize the Change Request Roadmap on an ongoing basis
- Co-ordinate with key stakeholders to ensure updates are captured in real time for accurate reporting
