Job description: Please note that this position is remote. Candidates can be located in Montreal or Quebec and must have an eligible work permit for Canada. Fluency in French is required.

Alithya’s international department is growing rapidly, and we are currently looking for an International IT Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team.

  • Ensure a good understanding of the needs entrusted to you;
  • Lead the entire international recruitment process, including candidate search, telephone screening, interviews, negotiation/offer, etc.;
  • Participate in international events;
  • Maintain the database (adding and updating candidate information);
  • Regularly publish job offers on the various channels available (search tools and social networks);
  • Collaborate with the various stakeholders in the recruitment process;
  • Propose improvements to our recruitment processes, systems and tools.

  • Minimum requirements:
  • Experience working in IT recruitment;
  • International expertise will be considered a magical asset!
  • University degree or college diploma in an appropriate discipline is an asset;
  • Ability to work in a team, collaborate, share, and assist colleagues;
  • Interest or curiosity in technology;
  • Perfect command of French and functional English;
  • Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:
  • French: 4/4
  • English: 3/4
