Job title: IT Analyst – Software Integrator
Job description:
- Take charge of the analysis of technical needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Take charge of the planning (resources, budgets, timeline) of IT integration projects
- Take charge of defining the accesses required by users
- Analyze requests from process experts and make recommendations in connection with them
- Ensure continuous improvement of tool functionalities
- Perform basic configurations on the systems as needed
- Ensure the implementation of tests following the addition of new functions or updates of functions
- Work jointly with the various representatives of the solutions used within the company
- Ensure adequate documentation
- Diploma in computer science (ideally in software engineering)
- Experience in systems integration
- Experience as a Business Analyst / Architect (asset)
- Good knowledge of the different technologies of the day
- Excellent command of SQL
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Fluent in French (Oral & Written)
