Job description: Application Support Specialist, SharePoint – Northland IT Team

Duties:
End User Support: Providing technical assistance and support to end-users
SharePoint Online Administration: Managing and configuring SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and settings to ensure they align with the organization’s needs and best practices.

Knowledge working with Power automate
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of Sharepoint Administration and development
Education: – minimum of bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related Field
Strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment and work within a team of like-minded individuals
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ingenuity, problem-solving skills, and expert M365 knowledge is an added advantage
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent time management and mentorship skills
Working Responsibilities:
Reporting to work Monday to Friday at Northland Head Office, 310-1755 West Broadway, Vancouver BC
In-office hours on specified working days are 8:30 am to 5 pm
Afterhours technical support on-call rotation
Travel to existing and new corporate locations throughout Canada/abroad if the project is assigned
