We are looking for an IT business relationship manager for one of our clients.
Job description:
- Create and manage, in collaboration with shared services leaders, the relationship of IT business partners
- Analyze and find new ways of doing service improvements
- Support the analysis of solutions related to improving the efficiency of the organization’s operations
- Take charge of a major project concerning the company’s shared services
- Participate in departmental budget planning
- Support, as needed, product documentation and updates
- Work in close collaboration with the other managers in place to support the different teams in their daily tasks
Profile description:
- More than 5 years of experience as a business analyst or similar position
- Experience in IT projects
- Very good sense of service and customer orientation
- Excellent interrelationship skills
- Team player
- Bilingual French/English
Work experience: 4-5 years
Salary benefits : 8,750.0
