Job description:
- Coordinate and monitor the work of his team;
- Support different systems (MRP systems, Baan, Infor LN)
- Manage the relationship with the various service providers;
- Establish KPIs for projects / users requests;
- Set up an appropriate work methodology for the team;
- Manage the budgets of his department;
- Ensure the recruitment and evaluations of employees;
- Take charge of the continuous improvement of the skills of his team;
- Ensure the role of leader / mentor with his team;
- University degree in IT or equivalent experience;
- 3-5 years of experience in IT resource management;
- Experience in managing various IT requests;
- Ability to analyze the processes in place and make improvements;
- Experience in deploying ERP systems;
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Ease of communication both with his team and for presentations to managers;
- Excellent multidisciplinary team management skills;
