What you’ll do:

The primary responsibilities are to provide accurate and timely first level technological support to computer end users in our effort to be the most competitive manufacturer. The successful candidate will make recommendations and implement solutions for improvements in the use of computer technology to solve business needs. The main position duties listed below.

Troubleshoot personal computer hardware and software, telephony equipment, networked peripheral devices and basic network equipment and determine next steps to get issues resolved.

Prioritize end user support requests to maximize customer efficiency.

Install, upgrade, configure and test client hardware, software, and operating systems

Assist in departmental projects.

What you have:

Currently a candidate for a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in a Computer Technician Systems, Computer Systems Technology program or equivalent

An open mind and problem solving skills

Strong desire to learn, try new things and share your knowledge you have gained in school/other work experiences

Skills in maintaining computer hardware and peripheals

Details:

• This position is onsite at our facility in Guelph, ON
• Hours of work are Mon to Fri – 7:00am to 3:15pm
