We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Director to work for our client in the retail industry.
Job description:
- Take charge of IT operations management
- Ensure the management of support/infrastructure teams in order to establish and support them in achieving objectives;
- Support operations related to the system;
- Oversee and support system stability and performance;
- Assess and coordinate the implementation of infrastructure projects (on-premises and cloud)
- Support the establishment of the service delivery strategy with the ITIL method or a similar method;
- Ensure the continuous improvement of the resources under his responsibility;
- Take charge of service delivery and ensure an adequate support process;
- Participate in supplier management (negotiation of contracts, service level agreements, etc.)
Profile description:
- Diploma in IT or equivalent experience;
- At least 5 years of experience in IT operations;
- At least 1 year of experience in team management;
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft environment (AD, O365, SQL) and SAP
- Experience in support of an SAP ERP (excellent asset)
- Good knowledge of network protocols/components
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, security (VPN/Firewall)
- Good critical thinking and ability to solve problems;
- Bilingual French and English
Work experience: 7-10 years
