Job title: IT ONSITE SUPPORT (M/F/D)

Job description: Dear Sir or Madam,

We at LAN IT 24 are currently looking for IT Supporters Onsite for our customers in Canada (Toronto, and Quebec)

Start: ASAP

Tasks

– Installation of PCs, laptops, printers and other peripherals

– IT user support

– Experience in hardware management

– working with ticket system

– one day per week fix

– additional calls on dispatch

Requirements

– Experience in computer science or similar field

– Good written and spoken German

– Ideally knowledge of English

– Basic network knowledge
