Job title: IT Project Manager
Job description: – Take part of the development and implementation of new applications ;
– Produce documents related to project management: charter, project plan, project status ;
– Facilitate meetings on projects and developments ;
– Follow the actions taken with the various stakeholders (users, suppliers, team) ;
– Manage the schedule, solve all problems and limit the risks related to the project ;
– Provide training on new applications during and after deployments ;
– Participate in the documentation.
– Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field ;
– 3 to 6 years of experience leading projects ;
– Experience with a HRIS is a great asset ;
– Experience in implementing merchandising systems (ideally Aptos Retail, Great Plains, HRMS, WMS, PLM or equivalent) ;
– Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Business Applications (MS Project, MS Office), Confluence and Jira ;
– PMP and / or CAPM certification (asset) ;
– Team player ;
– Excellent oral and written communication skills ;
– Fluent in French.
