We are currently looking for an IT security specialist for one of our clients based in the east of Montreal.
Job description:
- Take part in company safety meetings
- Take care of compliance and cybersecurity in the company
- Participate in compliance audits and implement the company’s internal audit plan
- Take part in the implementation and monitoring of the ISO 27001 & SOC 2 standard
- Implement security initiatives using the best possible measures to ensure optimal security in the company
- Propose improvements to procedures and systems to ensure optimal protection of the company’s information systems
- Take care of the configuration and implementation of security devices
- Recommend if necessary its collaborators on the best security practices
- Offer support to teams in vulnerability and penetration tests and propose an action plan following the analysis of the results
- Take part in calls for tenders on the security component within the company
Profile description:
- Degree in computer science or equivalent
- 3-5 years of cybersecurity experience in a Microsoft Azure environment
- General knowledge of intrusion detection platforms
- Knowledge of at least one of the following software: Security Center, Azure Sentinel, WAF
- Experience with the implementation of compliance with ISO 27001, SOC, or equivalent standards
- Experience in the design and implementation of operational security solutions
- Easy to communicate, dynamic and enthusiastic
- Customer-oriented, methodical and creative
- Fluent in French
Work experience: 3-4 years
