About Wealth and Personal Banking
Wealth and Personal Banking serves millions of customers worldwide through our branch network, call centres, and digital and mobile banking. We also connect institutional and retail clients with investment opportunities through our Global Asset Management division.

Key Objectives for Technical Product Analyst
This is a Global Career Band Level 5 (GCB5) role primarily focusing on technical product analyst role with flexibility to lead minor technical releases as technical lead.
- Work with business stakeholders / Business Analysts with the decomposition of complex business requirements into Epics and User Stories that can be delivered by Technology teams via respective backlogs.
- Help the agile lead in management of the product backlog, refinement and grooming of stories, and establishing and validating acceptance criteria against deliverable solutions
- Works with solution and domain architects to align IT solutions to architectural strategy and technology organization roadmap
- Identify functional & architectural dependencies across propositions, teams and platforms
- Collaborate with global teams and partners inorder to provide suitable technology options that deliver value to the business
- Conducts analysis work, present as-is, to-be flows as needed to support proposed IT solution, customer journeys or product functionality
- Collate initial IT estimates and timelines to support Business Case and investment decisions as needed
- Serve as primary contact for development and test teams for any clarification of requirements, solution throughout the project
- Maintains good working relationships with business & IT stakeholders and their delegates
- Assist in completing initiating various IT controls as needed for the capabilities being delivered
- Acts as the local business domain specialist for Cards processing, system functionality and may represent IT in business discussions
- Supplementary role to Lead delivery of minor technical changes as needed
Qualifications
Knowledge & experience / Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience / qualifications:
- Cards domain knowledge and experience is beneficial
- Prior system analyst role experience
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in delivery of technology progamme of work; working alongside multiple teams across platforms in traditional waterfall, agile or hybrid
- Experience and knowledge of Agile framework is beneficial
- Having a team-focused, growth mindset
- Be an active proponent of the Agile way of working
