Responsibilitie S
- Oversee and assist with IT Technical Support Level 1 and Level 2 tickets
- Execute IT projects, monitoring timelines and budgets
- Manage vendors and agreements for licenses, service, maintenance and support
- Coordinate IT technical support staff development including onboarding, coaching, setting objectives, training, performance management and talent planning
- Purchase IT equipment and manage inventory
- Support users and IT technicians by phone after business hours (evenings and weekends)
- Manage service levels and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation/knowledge transfer materials
- Perform other related work as assigned or required
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading a team of at least two IT professionals
- Experience in vendor management including purchasing of IT equipment and oversight of enterprise software license agreements
- Experience with:
- Windows Servers & Active Directory domains and configurations
- Microsoft Office 365
- AWS
- Microsoft Azure

- Ability to prioritize, multitask, track and execute on a wide range of competing demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Ability to be a strong motivating influence and lead effectively in a team environment
