Job title: IT Support Specialist – Bilingual
Job description: This position of IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST is available at our Anjou Branch.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist end users with issues related to our applications and processing of transactions.
Lead and support company project initiatives related to IT and operations.
Assist in the management and deployment of end user workstations and mobile devices.
Work with other teams in system troubleshooting of problems and support issues.
Help coordinate new branch openings for IT systems and hardware requirements.
Work with 3rd party vendors to support our IT systems and applications.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingual in English/French is required.
Diploma in a Computer Science, Project Management or related program would be an asset.
Strong knowledge on Microsoft Windows/Office 365 applications.
Working knowledge of rental ERP systems – preferably Texada – SRM.
PC, OS, software and network troubleshooting experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to details.
Strong work ethic and desire to make a difference.
