We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician for a technology driven company developing tools for the automotile industry.
Job description:
- Take charge of customer requests and perform diagnostics in order to resolve the problem.
- Provide support to installers during the deployment of the solution, by performing tests to ensure proper functioning of the products.
- Take part in the various quality assurance tests in order to validate the software / hardware products
- Ensure the documentation of errors / problems in order to support developers in identifying the causes.
- Provide telephone support to customers and support them in the use of company tools.
Profile description:
- Bilingual (French and English)
- DEC in computer science, electronics or any other related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support
- Ease of troubleshooting users with logic and reasoning
- Excellent priority management
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Ease of learning new technologies
Work experience: 1-2 years
Salary benefits : 4,583.5
