We are currently looking for an IT Technician for one of our clients, a leader in its sector – this is a permanent position – salary between $45,000 and $55,000 per year depending on experience. Your missions:
Job description:
- Provide on-site and remote user support
- Follow up on current incidents and problems
- Accompany users on the installation and operation of applications and equipment, while respecting the security policies of the information system
- Configure and optimize Apple OS X and Microsoft Windows 10 workstations
- Prepare computer equipment for new employees
Profile description:
o DEC in computer systems management or equivalent
o 2 to 4 years’ experience in computer support
o Experience in multimedia (an asset)
o Knowledge of Apple iOS, Apple OS X, Google Android
and Windows (essential)
o Knowledge of AD, Office 365
o Bilingual in French and English
Work experience: 2-3 years
Salary benefits : 4,166.5
