We are currently looking for an IT technician to work for our clients.
Job description:
- Provide level 1 and 2 technical support as well as follow-up and documentation of incidents
- Ensure the maintenance and repair of systems and their peripherals
- Take charge of the installation and the configuration of the systems set up, as well as the workstations
- Participate in monitoring inventories of the company’s technical equipment
- Ensure the correct diagnosis of defective equipment and ensure adequate repair, based on the diagnosis
Profile description:
- Computer science degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, or similar experience
- Good knowledge of the Windows environment
- Client oriented
- Good communicator
- Ability to make autonomous decisions
- Rigorous
- Good organizational skills
- Fluent in English and in French
