We are currently looking for a bilingual IT Technician for one of our clients.
Job description:
- Provide first level IT support to users.
- Be responsible for the administration of user accounts
- Participate in updating the hardware and software inventory
- Collaborate with other IT support teams for the administration of updates
- Help maintain data security
- Participate in the establishment of company standards and procedures
Profile description:
- DEC in computer science or an equivalent field
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar position
- Experience with a ticketing system and Active Directory (asset)
- Good team player
- Autonomy and dynamism
- Excellent priority management
- Excellent customer service
- Functional in French and English
- Flexible to schedule changes
