Job title: IT Technician

Job description: – Provide level 1 and 2 technical assistance to users;
– Prepare / configure / deploy equipment and new workstations;
– Document processes and tickets;
– Update software and hardware;
– Maintain the inventory of technological equipment.
– 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role;
– Ideally have a college diploma (DEC) in IT or any other relevant training;
– Ability to carry out several files at the same time and meet deadlines;
– Knowledge of IT environments (VPN, Microsoft Windows, Firewall, Linux Active Directory, Office 365, 0365 administration console);
– Knowledge of MDM technologies;
– SQL knowledge (asset);
– Good interpersonal skills and sense of customer service;
– Excellent oral and written communication;
– Occasional trips to be planned.
