Job title: IT Technician

Job description: – Take charge of second and third-level support for internal users
– Take charge of the administration of the ERP environment and Power BI support
– Participate in the execution of updating reports and documentation
– Follow up on the various issues and participate in their resolution
– Perform unit tests and integration tests of the system in place
– Participate in the identification and analysis of needs
– Participate in different projects, in collaboration with the different teams in place
– Diploma in IT or equivalent studies
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field
– Good knowledge of the windows environment
– Experience in Business intelligence
– Experience with SQL queries
– Good sense of service and priorities
– Fluent in English
