We are currently looking for a bilingual IT Technician / analyst to work for our clients.

Job description:

Take charge of second and third-level support for internal users
Take charge of the administration of the ERP environment and Power BI support
Participate in the execution of updating reports and documentation
Follow up on the various issues and participate in their resolution
Perform unit tests and integration tests of the system in place
Participate in the identification and analysis of needs
Participate in different projects, in collaboration with the different teams in place

Profile description:

Diploma in IT or equivalent studies
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field
Good knowledge of the windows environment
Experience in Business intelligence
Experience with SQL queries
Good sense of service and priorities
Good interrelational sense
Excellent analytical skills
Autonomous
Team player
Fluent in French and English

Work experience: 4-5 years

Salary benefits : 6,250.0
