Job title: IT Technician / Analyst

Job description: Provide level 1 and 2 support to the various users of the company;
Ensure the connectivity of networking / telephony tools;
Maintain and support the repair of computer equipment as needed,
Take part in the deployment and updating of IT equipment;
Support the installation, configuration of computers and the implementation of updates;
Create and configure users;
Provide technical support to users of systems, networks and the Internet;
Deploy IT equipment;
Fluent in French (Oral & Written)
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position;
Any relevant certification an asset;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software;
Ability to carry out several files at the same time and meet deadlines;
Experience with remote support and telephone support;
Team player;
Excellent customer service;
