Job description:
- Provide software, application, and operating system support to company employees
- Participate in the deployment of operating system images, configuration, maintenance, and support for all IT equipment
- Take care of the installation and support of IT equipment (Laptops, desktops, tablets, hardware, mobile software)
- Participate in the creation of alternative methods to complete tasks and correct system errors and inconsistencies to increase team productivity
Participate in the selection of equipment and issue recommendations
- Ensure that the interconnection between computers and different systems is transparent and efficient
- Document procedures, best practices, and configurations as needed
- Degree in computer science or equivalent
- 1 -2 years of experience in IT support
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware, and peripherals
- Experience in solving computer problems
- Good analytical skills
- Easy to communicate, dynamic and enthusiastic
- Customer-oriented, curious, and creative
- Bilingual French English
