We are currently looking for a bilingual IT Technician/analyst to work for our client, based in downtown Montréal

Job description:

• Provide software, application, and operating system support to company employees
• Participate in the deployment of operating system images, configuration, maintenance, and support for all IT equipment
• Take care of the installation and support of IT equipment (Laptops, desktops, tablets, hardware, mobile software)
• Participate in the creation of alternative methods to complete tasks and correct system errors and inconsistencies to increase team productivity

Participate in the selection of equipment and issue recommendations

• Ensure that the interconnection between computers and different systems is transparent and efficient
• Document procedures, best practices, and configurations as needed

Profile description:

• Degree in computer science or equivalent
• 1 -2 years of experience in IT support
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware, and peripherals
• Experience in solving computer problems
• Good analytical skills
• Easy to communicate, dynamic and enthusiastic
• Customer-oriented, curious, and creative
• Bilingual French English

Work experience: 1-2 years

Salary benefits : 5,333.5
