We are currently looking for a bilingual IT Technician / analyst to work for our client, a distribution company.
Job description:
- Offer first and second line technical assistance within the technical support center;
- Perform software troubleshooting and solve network problems, by phone;
- Install computer stations and other related equipment (printers, servers, microcomputers, etc.);
- Provide support to mobile device users;
- Prepare reports using the ticketing system;
- Analyze and disseminate all requests in the tracking software, classify, prioritize and / or process and distribute requests and incidents to other groups of stakeholders; ensure follow-up;
- Provide fast, efficient and courteous telephone and email technical support;
- All other related tasks.
Profile description:
- DEC or AEC in computer science;
- Professional experience on different networks (TCP / IP, VPN, Cisco, Meraki, CheckPoint);
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and / or software ;
- Good organizational skills and management of priorities;
- Be skilled at communicating solutions and helping different levels of users, be a good communicator;
- Enjoying contact with people and having a professional attitude;
- Team player;
- Good knowledge of Windows 7/10, Office 2013/2016 / O365;
- Good communication in French and English (verbal and written).
Work experience: 2-3 years
