We are currently looking for a bilingual IT Technician to work for our client, a distribution company.

Job description:

• Provide level 1 and 2 support to the various users of the company;
• Ensure the connectivity of networking / telephony tools;
• Maintain and support the repair of computer equipment as needed,
• Write practical guides to ensure the documentation of internal procedures;
• Take part in the deployment and updating of IT equipment;
• Support the installation, configuration of computers and the implementation of updates;
• Create and configure users;
• Provide technical support to users of systems, networks and the Internet;
• Maintain the inventory of technological equipment;
• Deploy IT equipment;

Profile description:

• Fluent in French (Oral & Written)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Any relevant certification an asset;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software;
• Ability to carry out several files at the same time and meet deadlines;
• Have a good sense of responsibility and demonstrate initiative;
• Experience with remote support and telephone support;
• Team player;
• Excellent customer service;

Work experience: 1-2 years

Salary benefits : 4,583.5
