We are currently looking for an IT Technician for one of our clients, a leader in its sector – this is a permanent position – salary between $45,000 and $55,000 per year depending on experience. Your missions:
Job description:
Provide on-site and remote user support
Follow up on current incidents and problems
Accompany users on the installation and operation of applications and equipment, while respecting the security policies of the information system
Configure and optimize Apple OS X and Microsoft Windows 10 workstations
Prepare computer equipment for new employees
Profile description:
o DEC in computer systems management or equivalent
o 2 to 4 years experience in computer support
o Experience in multimedia (an asset)
o Knowledge of Apple iOS, Apple OS X, Google Android
and Windows (essential)
o Knowledge of AD, Office 365
o Bilingual in French and English
Work experience: 2-3 years
Salary benefits : 4,166.5
