We are currently looking for a bilingual IT Technician to work for our client based in the South Shore.
Job description:
– Provide level 2 and 3 technical support to the various users ;
– Install and upgrade hardware and software ;
– Manage the computer park including servers, workstations, printers, antivirus, magnetic cards, etc ;
– Carry out the inventory of computer equipment and licenses ;
– Perform data backup and restore operations ;
– Ensure the proper functioning of devices before going into production (tests);
– Write the procedures and technical documents.
Profile description:
– Diploma in computer technology;
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
– Mastery of computer tools and operating system (Windows, Office suite, MS365, etc.);
– Good sense of initiative and autonomy;
– Knowledge of ERP systems (an asset);
– Fluent in French
Work experience: 2-3 years
Salary benefits : 5,208.5
