Job title: IT Technician Level 2

Job description: o Software installation and system configuration
o Shell script, implementation of monitoring systems (monit, nagios etc.)
o Website administration, backup management
o Network administration (Wireshark analysis and firewall management)
o Support the level 1 team when required
o Support users when required
o Computer science degree or equivalent experience
o At least 3 years of experience as an IT technician
o Flexible, resourceful, responsive and easy to communicate with colleagues
o Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment
o Want to work in the health field and help people
o Excellent French skills (Oral and Written) and able to support clients in English.
