Job title: IT Technician Level 3
Job description: – Provide technical support to customers on solutions related to the use of applications, equipment, software and packages
– Participate in the incident/problem resolution process in accordance with established performance objectives
– Participate in the management, administration and maintenance of our customers’ systems
– Proactively work to enhance the security of customer systems
– Maintain up-to-date documentation, including the knowledge database
– Participate in the alert custody rotation
– Support our clients in the more strategic aspect of information technology evolution
– Participate in case studies and customer solution proposals
– Participate in the development of project plans and implementation of evolution solutions selected by customers
– Participate in the deployment of solutions as well as in the migration and enhancement of IT infrastructures
– Conduct customer audits
– Participate in the coaching and training of more junior consultants
– DEC – DEP or AEC in computer science or equivalent
– 6 years of experience in the design, implementation and operation of IT infrastructures
– Mastery of Windows, VMWare (Citrix and Linux – assets)
– Mastery of Active Directory
– Mastery of office automation in Microsoft environment (Office, Exchange, Office 365)
– Strong experience in virtualized and storage environments (SAN)
– Strong experience in cloud computing (Azure, AWS)
– Mastery of LAN/WAN, WiFi and IP telephony technologies
– Mastery of network security technologies (Firewall) and IT security in general
– IT infrastructure management tools (monitoring, ticketing, inventory, etc.)
– Comfortable writing scripts
– Knowledge of ITIL practices
– Bilingual (French/English)
