Primary Responsibilities:
· Providing bookkeeping services for a wide variety of clients, including assisting with preparing monthly financial reports, payroll, and meeting regulatory filing requirements.
· Responding to client questions on a timely basis.
· Being a productive member of the team to assist with clients’ needs.
Key Competencies:
· Experience using QuickBooks, Sage and working in a paperless environment, is an asset.
· Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
· Ability to work both independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team environment.
· Highly organized, detail oriented and committed to quality work.
· Comfortable communicating with clients.
· Will work with confidential client matters and must be able to keep matters confidential.
· Ability to process transactions efficiently.

We offer an attractive, competitive compensation and benefits package including, medical, dental, and life insurance. We are flexible with respect to working hours and are able to accommodate staff to work remotely but prefer that they have a presence in our office.
